It's a perfect basket for people who want to take care of themselves. Our basket Self-Love is perfect for 1-2 people at home, with 8-11 different products.

How does it work?

A compra subscrição mensal do cabaz Self-Love funciona com uma modalidade pré-paga de entregas semanais durante 4 semanas com uma cobrança única de 54€ (13,5€/cabaz). 

A tua subscrição de entregas regular, maximiza, desta forma, a tua contribuição no combate contra o desperdício alimentar. Ao mesmo tempo, com esta subscrição terás sempre produtos frescos em casa. A subscrição mensal do cabaz Self-Love não pode ser cancelada a meio.

If, for the time being, you prefer to make a single purchase, you can get together with 3 other friends or family members and receive 4 baskets at a single pick-up point.

Does our subscription have a loyalty period?

Yes, this subscription has a loyalty period of one month. After that month you can decide if you want to renew your subscription. This renewal can be changed at any time by sending an e-mail to orders@equalfood.co.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to make appointments. We send out the timetable every Monday. If you haven't received your e-mail by 6 p.m. with this information, please contact us (sometimes this e-mail ends up in spam, so please check that folder as well).

Is it possible to change the address, suspend/cancel delivery or change the model of basket?

We are happy to make any of these changes, as long as you send us an e-mail to orders@equalfood.co or hello@equalfood.co by 11.59pm on the Sunday before you place your order. After this date we are no longer able to make these changes.

When will I receive my basket Self-Love?

As nossas entregas são todas as terças-feiras e quartas-feiras. Todas as segundas-feiras à tarde enviamos um e-mail com a informação relativa à data e hora de entrega.

Entregamos nos concelhos de Lisboa, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Odivelas, Amadora, Almada, Seixal, Loures, Vila Franca de Xira, Mafra, Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, Palmela, Alcochete, Setúbal, Palmela. Além da região de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo, também entregamos na região do Porto (Porto, Matosinhos, Maia, Valongo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar). Chegámos recentemente a Santarém, Coimbra, Leiria e Braga!

Can I place a personalized order for my basket?

We always do our best to include a wide variety of fruit and vegetables to keep everyone happy. These change every week, according to the regional and seasonal harvest. At the moment, we are unable to accommodate individual preferences.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

As we know that routine often makes it impossible to be at home during the day, we don't want that to stop you from receiving your fresh, imperfect vegetables and fruit at home. So, if no one is home at the time of delivery, we can leave your basket at your door, if you feel comfortable with that, as long as you let us know in advance.
