It's a perfect gift basket for people who want to take care of themselves. Our Self-Love Gift Basket is perfect for 1-2 people at home, with 8-11 different products.

The contents of our baskets change, mostly, every fifteen days, but there may be changes to some products every week.

How does it work?

The monthly subscription purchase of the Self-Love basket works with a prepaid method of weekly deliveries for 4 weeks with a single charge of €54 (€13.5/basket).

Your regular delivery subscription will maximise your contribution to the fight against food waste. At the same time, with this subscription you will always have fresh products at home. The monthly subscription to the Self-Love basket cannot be cancelled halfway through.

If, for now, you prefer to make just one single purchase , you can bring together 3 friends or family members and receive 4 baskets at a single pick-up point.

Note: All final values ​​include the price of delivery.

Does our subscription have a loyalty period?

Yes. This subscription has a one-month loyalty period. After this month of deliveries, you can decide whether you want to renew your subscription. This renewal can be changed at any time by sending us an email to orders@equalfood.co.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule appointments. We send out appointment times every Monday. If you have not received an email with this information by 6pm, please contact us (sometimes this email ends up in your spam folder, so please check that folder as well).

Is it possible to change address, suspend/cancel delivery or change the basket model?

We are happy to carry out any of these options, as long as you send us an email to orders@equalfood.co or hello@equalfood.co by 11:59 pm on the Sunday prior to your order. After this date, we are no longer able to make these changes.

When will I receive my Self-Love hamper?

Our deliveries are every Tuesday and Wednesday. Every Monday afternoon we send an email with information regarding the delivery date and time.

We deliver to the following municipalities: Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Odivelas, Amadora, Almada, Seixal, Loures, Vila Franca de Xira, Mafra, Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, Palmela, Alcochete, Setúbal, Palmela. In addition to the Lisbon and Tagus Valley regions, we also deliver to the Porto region (Porto, Matosinhos, Maia, Valongo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar). We have recently arrived in Santarém, Coimbra, Leiria and Braga!

Please place your order before 23:59 on Sunday for same-week delivery.

Can I place a custom order for my basket?

We always do our best to include a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to keep everyone happy. These change weekly, according to regional and seasonal harvest. At this time, we are unable to accommodate individual preferences.

What happens if I am not at home at the delivery times?

As we know that your routine often makes it impossible to be at home during the day, we don't want this to stop you from receiving your fresh and imperfect fruits and vegetables at home. Therefore, if no one is at home at the time of delivery, we can leave your basket at your door, if you feel comfortable with this, as long as you let us know in advance.
