The basket of fruits, vegetables and specialties is ideal for a person to eat healthily and sustainably with eggs and/or mushrooms for the whole week. The contents of our baskets change, mostly, every fifteen days, but there may be changes to some products every week.

      How does it work?

      You can subscribe to regular deliveries, maximizing your contribution to the fight against food waste. With this subscription, you will always have fresh products at home. At Equal Food, we also value flexibility with our customers and, if you are not at home for one or more weeks, you can always postpone your delivery at any time and at no cost.

      If, for now, you prefer to just buy a basket, simply choose the "single purchase" option.

      Does our subscription have a loyalty period?

      No. Our subscription does not have a loyalty period and you can cancel your subscription at any time, or suspend the service for a certain period of time. This suspension can be changed at any time and as many times as you wish, just send us an email to hello@equalfood.co .

      Can I schedule my delivery?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule appointments. We send out appointment times every Monday. If you have not received an email with this information by 6pm, please contact us (sometimes this email ends up in your spam folder, so please check that folder as well).

      Is it possible to change address, suspend/cancel delivery or change the basket model?

      We are happy to carry out any of these options, as long as you send us an email to orders@equalfood.co or hello@equalfood.co by 11:59 pm on the Sunday prior to your order. After this date, we are no longer able to make these changes.

      When will I receive my basic fruit, vegetable and specials basket?


      Our deliveries take place every Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9am-8pm.

      We deliver to the municipalities of Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Odivelas, Amadora, Almada, Seixal , Loures , Mafra, Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, , Alcochete, Setúbal, Palmela . In addition to the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region, we also deliver to the region of Harbor ( Porto, Matosinhos, Maia, Valongo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar ).

      We recently arrived in Leiria, Santarém, Coimbra and Braga !

      We advise you to always pay attention to our emails . During Monday afternoon will receive an email with the day of the week and time to which you will receive your basket.

      Please place your order before 23:59 on Sunday to receive your basket the following week.

      Can I place a custom order for my basket?

      At the moment you can choose between a basket of free-range organic eggs OR a vegan hamper with a bag of organic mushrooms. As for the rest of the fresh produce, we always do our best to include a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to keep everyone happy. These change every week, according to the regional and seasonal harvest. At this time, we are unable to accommodate individual preferences.

      What happens if I am not at home at the delivery times?

      As we know that your routine often makes it impossible to be at home during the day, we don't want this to stop you from receiving your fresh and imperfect fruits and vegetables at home. Therefore, if no one is at home at the time of delivery, we can leave your basket at your door, if you feel comfortable with this, as long as you let us know in advance.
