What's in basket Self-Love?

The contents of our baskets mostly change every two weeks, but some products may change every week. This basket is a great choice of seasonal vegetables and fruit for healthy, balanced meals. Follow our newsletter or our Instagram so you can receive updated product lists every Sunday.

How does it work?

The purchase of a monthly subscription to basket Self-Love works with a pre-paid mode of weekly deliveries for 4 weeks with a one-off charge of 54€ (13,5€/basket).

Your regular delivery subscription maximizes your contribution to the fight against food waste. At the same time, with this subscription you'll always have fresh produce at home.

The monthly subscription to basket Self-Love cannot be canceled halfway through.

If, for the time being, you prefer to make a single purchase, you can get together with 3 other friends or family members and receive 4 baskets at a single pick-up point.

Note: All final figures include the price of delivery.

Does our subscription have a loyalty period?

Yes, this subscription has a loyalty period of one month. After that month you can decide if you want to renew your subscription. This renewal can be changed at any time by sending an e-mail to orders@equalfood.co.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to make appointments. We send out the timetable every Monday. If you haven't received your e-mail by 6 p.m. with this information, please contact us (sometimes this e-mail ends up in spam, so please check that folder as well).

Is it possible to change the address, suspend/cancel delivery or change the model of basket?

We are happy to make any of these changes, as long as you send us an e-mail to orders@equalfood.co or hello@equalfood.co by 11.59pm on the Sunday before you place your order. After this date we are no longer able to make these changes.

When will I receive my basket Self-Love?

Our deliveries take place every Tuesday and Wednesday. Every Monday afternoon we send out an e-mail with information about the date and time of delivery.

We deliver to the municipalities of Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Odivelas, Amadora, Almada, Seixal, Loures, Vila Franca de Xira, Mafra,Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, Palmela, Alcochete, Setúbal, Palmela. In addition to the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region, we also deliver to the Porto region(Porto, Matosinhos, Maia, Valongo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar).

We recently arrived in Santarém, Coimbra, Leiria and Braga!

Please place your order before 23:59 on Sunday for delivery the same week.

Can I place a personalized order for my basket?

We always do our best to include a wide variety of fruit and vegetables to keep everyone happy. These change every week, according to the regional and seasonal harvest. At the moment, we are unable to accommodate individual preferences.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

As we know that routine often makes it impossible to be at home during the day, we don't want that to stop you from receiving your fresh, imperfect vegetables and fruit at home. So, if no one is home at the time of delivery, we can leave your basket at your door, if you feel comfortable with that, as long as you let us know in advance.
