How does it work?
You can subscribe to regular deliveries, thus maximizing your contribution to the fight against food waste. With this subscription you'll always have fresh produce at home. At Equal Food we also value flexibility for our customers and, if you're not at home for one or more weeks, you can always reschedule at any time and at no cost.
If, for the time being, you'd rather just buy a basket , just choose the "single purchase" option.
Does our subscription have a loyalty period?
No. Our subscription has no lock-in period and at any time you can cancel the subscription, or suspend the service for a certain period of time. This suspension can be changed at any time and as often as you wish, just send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to make appointments. We send out the timetable every Monday. If you haven't received your e-mail by 6 p.m. with this information, please contact us (sometimes this e-mail ends up in spam, so please check that folder as well).
Is it possible to change the address, suspend/cancel delivery or change the model of basket?
We are happy to make any of these changes, as long as you send us an e-mail to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org by 11.59pm on the Sunday before you place your order. After this date we are no longer able to make these changes.

As nossas entregas ocorrem todas as terças-feiras e quartas-feiras entre as 9h-20h.
Entregamos nos concelhos de Lisboa, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Odivelas, Amadora, Almada, Seixal, Loures, Vila Franca de Xira, Mafra, Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, Palmela, Alcochete, Setúbal. Além da região de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo, também entregamos na região do Porto (Porto, Matosinhos, Maia, Valongo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar).

We advise you to keep an eye on our emails. On Monday afternoon you will receive an email with the day of the week and the time when you will receive your basket.
Please place your order before 23:59 on Sunday to receive your basket the following week.

Can I place a personalized order for my basket?
De momento podes escolher entre um cabaz com ovos de criação livre OU um cabaz vegan com um saco de cogumelos. Quanto ao resto dos produtos frescos damos sempre o nosso melhor para incluir uma grande variedade de frutas e legumes, de modo a manter todos felizes. Estes mudam todas as semanas, de acordo com a colheita regional e sazonal. Neste momento, não somos capazes de acomodar preferências individuais.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
As we know that routine often makes it impossible to be at home during the day, we don't want that to stop you from receiving your fresh, imperfect vegetables and fruit at home. So, if no one is home at the time of delivery, we can leave your basket at your door, if you feel comfortable with that, as long as you let us know in advance.
